Good intentions and the ...STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!<br />Good intentions and the yearn to learn will prevail.<br />Horses are the MOST forgiving critters. I had that moment tonight while working Cowboy in a BIT for god's sake after using a hackamore for so long. Is the bit too tight? Am I too heavy-handed? But these guys are not made of porcelain and if we pay attention, they will let us know when we are wrong (as opposed to just requesting excellence).
